Junior Graphic Designer


SHS is a youth fashion and culture destination and is currently looking for a brilliant Junior Graphic Designer to drive creative and design across print, digital, social, branding, experiential.


This role creates a fantastic opportunity for an individual to express themselves, build something, get stuck in and ‘own’ all areas of the creative process.


In this role you will be:


* Working with the editorial, social, marketing and offline teams to create and develop beautiful print and digital assets across the various channels.


* Producing brochures, flyers, cards and all other print material.


* Creating and artworking presentations with usability and brand continuity in mind.


* Interpreting key messages and selling points into graphics, demonstrating information management, typography and data visualization.


* Effectively planning workload and managing time to ensure the delivery of content to deadlines, identifying any requirements along the way.


To be successful in this role you should have:


* Genuine passion for digital and print design.


* Portfolio of innovative and engaging design content produced targeting youth and fashion audiences.


* The ability to deliver independently.


* Experience reacting to trending topics and social trends.


* An interest in fashion would be desirable.


We’re looking for people who have:


* 1+ years experience in fashion/lifestyle/ editorial graphic design.


* Educated to degree level in Graphic Design or equivalent .


* A strong portfolio of work across print and digital design.


* Knowledge and understanding of the printing process.


* Strong creative and technical skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.


* Excellent skills in layout, typography and retouching.


* Proactive attitude and can think fluidly.


* A solid understanding of youth culture, marketing, publishing and social media.
