We are looking for an illustrator/graphic designer that thinks our brand world is awesome and can easily adapt to our graphic style. As a real Michelangelo, you will feed our marketing team with illustrations and in general with creative designs. Your pieces of art will end up in all sorts of marketing materials, such as social media, brochures, fair stands, influencer boxes… You will be briefed in on complete projects, where you design from A-Z.

This is a full time position and immediately available. Monday to Friday with flexibility required for weekends. You’ll be based in our HQ in Belgium or in the office in London. We are also open to freelancers on fixed-term basis.

Whenever graphic designs are needed, you should be around:            
- Responsible for graphic support to the marketing department
- Translating briefings into out of the box ideas and qualitative creations, taking the high brand
standards into account.
- Conceptualizing loose ideas into to-the-point illustrations that tell a story on its own.
- Design, realization and print-ready delivering of all sorts of marketing materials: brochures, posters,
displays, reboards, stickers, stand designs ….
- Follow-up with suppliers and internal parties, assuring high quality results.

- Proven graphic designing experience, ideally in FMCG setting
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Ability to illustrate following our brand guidelines and in our graphic style
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
- Commercial mindset with consumer-centric focus
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- Ability to take constructive criticism and make changes
- Professional knowledge of English
