We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly capable production person to join our team and work on a variety of information and engaging digital media projects, both linear (video and animation) and interactive (games and information kiosks). We work with museums and heritage sites, so an interest in these areas is essential.


We need someone extremely well organized and proactive, who works well in a team and is good with clients. You should be equally motivated carrying out general production duties or helping to win new business through competitive tendering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to become an integral part of a creative team.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
• Oversee project production, tracking progress, managing tasks, keeping on top of communication with clients, being their day-to-day contact.
• Developing pitch ideas with the team, planning and writing proposals, presenting ideas to clients. This means you have good analytical skills, are methodical and have an excellent writing style.
• Producing budgets with the knowledge of what can be achieved within different price brackets across all media.
• Managing and tracking project progress against objectives, schedule and budget.
• Promoting team motivation and creativity.
• Planning content requirements and managing internal and external asset production
• Sourcing stills, film and music from stock libraries and elsewhere.
• Experience and understanding of copyright.
• Booking film crew and equipment, location sourcing, casting talent, creating call sheets.
• Attending shoots.
• Awareness of post production processes (knowledge of some of these would be a bonus - Premiere, After Effects, Craft CMS).


Salary negotiable depending on experience.

We have been designing and producing successful audio-visual displays and interactive media for over 25 years. We work mainly for museums, galleries and visitor centres in the UK and overseas. We have a very pleasant and relaxed working environment in our studio in Kentish Town, North London and the coffee is excellent.
