Who we are looking for:

As a Lead User Experience (UX) Consultant at POSSIBLE, you’ll be a key voice to our clients and in our multi-disciplinary teams - helping to connect a client’s objectives and desires with the needs of their users through user-centred design and service design techniques. Working with our Head of UX and Service Design, Creative, Data, Technical and Strategic teams, you will be delivering data-informed innovative customer experiences that vary in scale from campaigns through to sustainable, measurably effective, global digital ecosystems.

We are looking for a UX lead who is passionate about user experiences that connect the physical and digital worlds, and the flexibility to continually push, disrupt, challenge and innovate to ensure we’re doing the best work to drive results for our clients. You’ll be developing as a creative leader: pushing the boundaries, forging strong relationships with clients and growing UX talent into UX practitioners. You will need to have a keen eye for both innovation and a commercial opportunity – having previous experience helping grow accounts and win new business opportunities. You may also have been involved in speaking at UX and design events.

What you’ll do:

* Oversee and develop all UX and Service Design deliverables on one or more projects.
* Work closely with Strategy, User Interface Development, Product design, Visual design, and Technology teams to
deliver fit-for-purpose documentation.
* Ensure project work is executed within scope and project plan and fit-for-purpose to enable effective delivery in a
timely manner.
* Oversee all activities and deliverables, which include: wireframing, user research/testing, running and participating in
workshops, input to and use of backlogs, site maps, user journeys, experience maps, etc.
* Responsible for UX and Service Design communication that ensures clear understanding internally and with the
* Mentor and guide UX and AUX.
* Act as senior point of UX and Service Design escalation on issues for resolution within project work.

What you’ll need:

* 6+ years of experience in User Experience leading UX strategy and UR. preferably Agency/consultancy environment
with a proven track record of planning and delivering big, complex projects, and domain knowledge across a broad r .
range of sectors preferred.
* Mobile, desktop web, and application interaction design.
* Experience in Multi-channel customer experience mapping and information architecture.
* Strong visual and verbal communication.
* Graduate with specialisation in Computer Interaction, Information Sciences or Usability would be an advantage.
* Possess knowledge of front-end web development technologies, content management systems, data and analytics,
and design.
* Significant experience working across full-lifecycle of campaign-led and complex design-and-build projects.
* Experience with prototyping and testing in various guises, with the ability to create high-fidelity prototypes yourself
being an added bonus.
