WHO WE ARE


Post are a multi-disciplinary graphic design and art direction studio based in East London. We work with a broad range of clients producing brand identities, campaigns, websites and magazines. We look to build long-term relationships with our clients growing and evolving their brands over time. Over the next few years we are hoping to work with clients who are actively engaged in creating positive social change or brands who are looking to reduce their environmental impact. We are very excited by the future direction of the studio and due to the amount of great work on the horizon we are looking to expand our team to help us realise our intentions and keep us on track.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


We’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and well organised account manager who can help nurture our existing client relationships and help develop new business opportunities. Applicants should be passionate communicators with great time management skills, you will be there when clients need answers and will have a handle on the studios resources at all time, working closely with the creative director and designers. Applicants should be confident, decisive and collaborative with a ‘make-it-happen’ approach. We would really value someone with previous experience of working in small to medium sizes design studios who can bring their knowledge and talent to the growing Post team. Experience using studio management software and being able to create relevant rate cards for costing jobs is high on our list of priorities.


RESPONSIBILITIES


- Integrating sustainable practices into our workflow
- Developing new potential business opportunities
- Continuing to build on our existing client relationships
- Supporting clients during on-going projects helping to resolve issues with the creative team
- Ensuring project requirements are understood by all involved and that assets / timelines are in place
- Communicating with clients at all times regarding feedback, process and deadlines
- Preparation and costing jobs out and contract negotiations
- Short-term and long-term scheduling and resource planning
- Reporting on the status of projects, helping provide structure, support and insight
- Increasing our turnover and profitability with clients


REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent time management and organisations skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Culturally astute and aware of the creative industry
- Good understating of the design process and the workings of a small studio
- Comfortable in scoping, quoting and contracting of new projects
- Devising budgets and project timelines
- Great at working in a small but effective team
- Pro-active attitude with a passion for problem-solving and teamwork
- Experience using MS Excel, Xero, Google Sheets, Slides and Docs essential
- Experience in using Adobe CC, Databases and CMS would be beneficial
- Graduate or degree level equivalent training
- 2-3+ years of proven experience within a studio environment
