About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and tech savy candidate who can bring the user experience to life. Working closely with our Design and Ecommerce team the candidate will work on website driven projects such as UX designs and optimisation to create a unique experience that is line with the brand aesthetic.  


About the Candidate
The candidate will be an experienced Front End Developer/Designer within the retail environment. You will have a passion for creating a user friendly experience for the consumer and understand how to translate ideas to life. A good communicator at all levels you will be able to liaise with all departments effectively and have strong commercial awareness.     


Responsibilities
• Work closely with the design team, particularly the Digital Designer to bring campaigns to life online
• Design and adapt marketing campaign and advertising assets
• Localise content for use in multiple territories
• Upload banners and related assets using internal content management tools.
• Ensure all creative output adheres to brand and design principles.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Create UX designs based on business requirements, taking into account best practice and technical feasibility
• Optimise the website for speed and efficiency.
• Complete QA on all work to ensure it is delivered to a high standard, ensuring all code is fully responsive and cross-browser compatible
• Keep up to date with latest and emerging technologies
