Job Title: E-Commerce Co-ordinator
Reports to: General Manager
Salary Range: TBC
Other Benefits: 20% Bonus & £250 Clothing Allowance at wholesale

Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone and social media
• Responsible for dispatch of online orders (liaise with the Distribution Centre and customers)
• Providing and maintaining reports on fraud, cancellations, returns and reasons for refunds.
• Generate, update and implement website and social content (products, promotions, content) and communicating with necessary contractors where applicable
• Coordinate with print designer to have relevant visual collateral designed - i.e. Homepage block, banners, lookbook, newsletter, SM etc
• Organising products to be shot - best sellers for press & in line with what we have ordered. Making sure these are consistent and high quality.
• Expertise using CMS and oversee day-to-day management of site, and work with third-party programmers on errors and improvements.
• Compiling and monitoring retail selling performance reports and customer activity analysis.
• Achieve sales and growth targets by implementing strategies that will drive traffic and increase customer base and retention.
• Drive sales, customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
• General admin and updating of internal systems.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required i.e. damaged stock, invoices, freight, deliveries, schedule travel and accommodation, ordering office supplies.
• Identify, test and implement initiatives and features to enhance the user experience
• Plan, oversee the delivery of and review product copy and content that meets the brief and is suitable for use online
• Merchandise the website to maximise the sales and conversion opportunities
• Keep track of market and digital trends, monitor competitor activity
• Research, plan, create A/B test weekly targeted newsletters
• Liaising with the Web Development team to constantly monitor website performance and progress user experience
• Support the digital agency with the creation of SEO and PPC strategies and oversee the implementations
• Creating and optimizing PPC and Paid Social Campaigns

● It is ideal for the applicant to have had at least 3-4 years experience in the industry
● Proficient with I.T Software such as Word, Excel and adobe creative suite
● Highly Proficient with Magento, Shopify and Google analytics
● Knowledge of Zedonk, Google analytics, GTM and Search Console are desirable
