Through strategic planning, creative thinking & strong media relations, we devise bespoke campaigns for each client & deliver them across multiple channels.

As the social media assistant you will assist with owning all social media channels and be responsible for content creation and delivering growth across all channels. We are seeking someone with knowledge of all social media platforms with experience of creating content, reporting, working on paid social campaigns and engaging with influencers and partners to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be creative, hands-on, able to work independently and have a passion for food and all things social.

• Community management to increase followers and engagement on all social media channels
• Assist with creating content calendars and schedules
• Copywriting for social
• Understanding of variety of brand tones of voice consistency
• Engage with influencers and partners to create content and promote existing posts
• Maintain open communication with followers by responding to all social media queries
• Track and report social media stats and performance analytics
• Identify trends and opportunities and present insights
• Keep up to date with new technology

Skills / Experience
• At least 1 year experience working within social media
• Experience / Qualifications in Digital Content Creation, Social Media, PR/Marketing
• Understanding and experience of all social media platforms
• Experience navigating social media scheduling tools
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Graphics, Photography and/or Photoshop experience
• Comfort with fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
