We are looking for an integrated project manager to join our young, fun and growing agency. In this role you’ll work across a number of our exciting sports and entertainment clients, including UEFA, Cricket World Cup, Federation Equestrian Internationale, the Premier League and more.


Our PMs play a critical role in the team as they coordinate internal functions, external suppliers and stakeholders (including clients) to execute smooth production of project and campaign deliverables. Our integrated approach to services means that you’ll be working with our print and publications, motion and broadcast and branding teams.

Our PMs are great communicators; they have the confidence and initiative to make key decisions, they also understand project profitability and work together with the wider team to deliver comfortable margins without compromising on quality. It's the PM's responsibility to ensure that that all parties have everything they need in order to produce the deliverables efficiently and to a high quality whilst also ensuring that all of the stakeholder’s requirements have been met.

Main responsibilities
• Manage the production of print and digital projects/campaigns for our clients
• Define project scopes as per client brief and create timelines, quotes and invoices
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the clients and their creative/ media agencies and production teams
• Develop trusted partnerships with clients, colleagues and suppliers by sharing expertise and support
• Determine resource requirements (e.g. budget, timing)
• Ensure project resources maintain a high level of quality and professional and ethical standards

• A good understanding of production and campaign planning from brief to delivery
• Confident liaising with suppliers and agency partners
• Key understanding of working with media and creative agencies
• Experience in working with moving image and post-production environments
• Experience of working within a creative studio environment
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• A friendly and credible personality who inspires trust in clients, partners and colleagues
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
