At Nice and Serious we make nice creative to solve the serious issues, because solving the serious issues will make the world nicer. We are an integrated creative agency with offices in London and New York. Our team of 25 people is a mix of filmmakers, strategists, art directors, coders, designers, copywriters, animators and client service.


We have more than ten years experience working with some of the most innovative, impact–driven brands including: British Heart Foundation, Parkrun, United Nations Development Programme, Refugee Action, Dogs Trust, Rainforest Alliance, Sainsbury’s, Unilever, Ben & Jerry’s, Lloyds Bank Foundation and WWF.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?


You care about the serious stuff and you’re really nice! You’re conscientious, understand budgets & timings and detail-oriented, but you also love to understand our clients’ businesses, the issue at hand and be creative.


The Account Executive role at Nice and Serious is key to supporting the client services team to help deliver great work. You must be eager to learn and develop, have the passion for building strong internal & external relationships, have excellent organisational skills and be proactive by nature. You should also have a baseline understand of the creative process and not shy away from taking part in creative brainstorms.


You will support the team with day to day admin on core accounts, but also be able to manage smaller projects yourself. You will also be naturally interested in what is going on in the wider industry - looking out for emerging trends and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team and our clients.


Client and project management


- Help to run accounts effectively and efficiently with excellent attention to detail whilst developing solid relationships with clients through regular contact
- Work with clients to understand their briefs and requirements
- Learn to be accountable for high quality project delivery to agreed deadlines and budgets
- Manage client status meetings/calls & status documentation
- Have great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Learn to financial spreadsheets, time sheets & project burn reports


Creative and production


- Have a strong interest in inspiring, innovative creative work
- Willingness to offer creative ideas to the team to develop exciting campaigns
- Ensure creative and production teams to develop work in line with the client brief
- Ensure our production output is the best it can be at all phases in the project


Teamwork


- Have experience of working in a team
- Support other members of the client service team with project work e.g. research, setting up meetings, writing production briefs, completing documentation, running status reports
- A natural people person who understands how to get the best out of a team
