The Opportunity:
We seek a versatile midweight writer with a creative heart to join our in-house creative
team as our new, mid-senior copywriter.

The Role:
You will report in to the head of brand and content, and grab the creative lead on outputs
across the brand.
This is a thrilling time for any creative to join us as we sit on the cusp of an extensive re-
brand that will revolutionise the business head-to-toe.
You'll be a key driver in creating the work that will carry that change forward.
As our mid-senior copywriter, key aspects of this wide-ranging role include:
- Creative concepts and campaign work
- Brand tone of voice guardianship

You will also develop creative outputs across four key campaign areas.

So what will you make?

Expect to come up with a filmed content series one week, a hyper-targeted DM campaign
the next, mixed in with email work, social, print, podcast – we do a lot, there’s so much to
roll your sleeves up for and get stuck into.
You’ll partner with designers with backgrounds in multimedia, in illustration and editorial, in
film and motion animation: a really rich mix of talented young people, all under one roof.

Your Profile:
You will concept, craft and execute creative content across multiple channels to wow
the toughest audience you’ll ever encounter – fellow marketers, creatives, copywriters and
art directors.
From film to print, DM to social - your work will need to speak to a CEO one minute and a
junior creative team the next.
You’ll need real get-up-and-go as well as creative chutzpah as you contribute your concepts
and fresh ideas to a passionate, young in-house creative team of designers and writers with
frequent deadlines to meet.
And you’ll juggle all this alongside responsibility of a direct report: developing, managing
and working closely with a junior writer.

Key Knowledge and Skills Area:
Day in, day out, you’ll dream up big ideas and craft electrifying copy that sells products and
services to an audience that eats and sleeps all things creative, data, insight-led and
Here’s what we want from you.
• 4+ years industry experience
• Experience in producing creative and conceptual work, from one-off pieces to campaign
thinking, from Big Ideas to small
• Experience writing copy across diverse formats: article copy, email copy, social media
• Experience writing long and short copy, and in report writing and editing
• Experience working with a CMS is preferable but not essential
• Experience managing other team members is preferable 
• Some experience in writing for PPC is a bonus
