We are looking for an ambitious, talented and creative Midweight Designer, who’ll be willing to apply themselves to a range of projects, across a variety of disciplines: applying the same level of enthusiasm to print and digital design. As part of a small design team, you will be confident working independently and contributing your own ideas.

With a minimum of two year’s experience, you’ll be eager to expand upon your current knowledge and develop your skills. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to take on new challenges is essential. What we need from you:
- An ability to operate autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- A meticulously detailed and thorough attitude to your work
- An ability to get things done quickly (whilst maintaining quality)
- A team-player who works as well with others as individually

The skills we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience working in digital and print design
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, considered use of typography and creative ideas
- A high level of computer literacy: Sketch, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent understanding of digital design: website design/production and the digital landscape.
- Good understanding of print design: production process and setting up files for print.
- Proven ability to adopt a self-motivated, methodical, problem solving approach to work
- Confident working to deadlines and achieving defined goals
- Excellent presentation, organisational and time management skills
