We are looking for a young, ambitious and talented Junior Designer, who is willing to jump in the deep-end and learn from a small design team, apply themselves to a range of projects, across a variety of disciplines.

Whether a recent graduate or with a maximum or one year’s experience, you’ll be eager to expand upon your current knowledge and develop your skills. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to take on new challenges is essential. You’ll use your initiative to help progress projects quickly and efficiently, whilst also taking on board feedback and changes as part of a fluid design process.

What we need from you:
- Strong communication skills
- A meticulously detailed and thorough attitude to your work
- Ability to work independently, but knows when’s the right time to ask for feedback
- Ability to accept critical feedback and respond accordingly
- Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow

The skills we're looking for:
- Graduate to one years experience
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills, considered use of typography and creative ideas
- A high level of computer literacy: Sketch, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of digital design: website design/production and the digital landscape.
- Fair understanding of print design: production process and setting up files for print.
- Proven ability to adopt a self-motivated, methodical, problem solving approach to work
- Confident working to deadlines and achieving defined goals
- Excellent presentation, organisational and time management skills

We are a studio of designers and developers working in London (with a second office in New York). Our clients range from large multi-nationals (Warner Bros, Soho House) to small privately owned companies (The Armoury, Workshop Coffee).
