We are on the hunt for a brand-orientated, all-around creative to join our team as a Senior Designer. Someone who will bring years of experience, flair and creativity to the party as we continue to grow and expand Hex Studio.

You will be working on a variety of projects across a range of clients, and use your creative mind to develop an awesome design, from client brief right through to final product.
This is the pivotal design role, working side by side with our Founder and Creative Director, Ellie Mann. This role will require you to be able to handle the pressure of decision making and client requests.
You will need to work to deadlines, completing each project on time, to budget and at a high standard.
We're looking for someone creative, energetic and enjoys everything about working at a design studio.
You will have lots of responsibility but also the freedom to make your own decisions and set your own directives. Becoming a core member in growing the studio and be pushing the limits of our design.
We need someone who knows the design process well and who will push and inspire our design team to create awesome focused solutions. Please do not apply if you have no brand experience or knowledge of design processes.
Understand how to deliver a strategic brand experience, utilising messaging and communication across the full range of physical and digital media, and how to translate that delivery into style guidelines.
A flexible, willing and methodical approach to take on creative tasks, both as directed and under your own initiative.

Hex Studio’s mission is to create brand experiences that people love to interact with, regardless of the medium. We’re well underway with this mission, but we need you to help take things up a notch. Get involved and enjoy:
Cohabiting in our own Co-working Space (Hex Space) next to London Bridge Station, which is pretty sweet! We are lucky enough to be surrounded by some impressive people that make up our community - we also have a nap pod and two chillout rooms.
Regular team outings to the pub and the usual perks of tea, coffee and far too many chocolate biscuits.
Access to an array of activities through our co-working space such as yoga and creative skill workshops.
A well-deserved studio break between Christmas and New Year.
We also have a dog - who is the actually boss.

We work with startups, as well as, established brands so you’d be dealing with a range of different levels of experience, which can be challenging but rewarding. Over the last three years, we've built up quite a friendly club of companies that worked with Hex Studio, among others: Bic, Jet 2, The Body Shop, Wilmott Dixon, Habito and Tide.

As a Senior Design at Hex Studio, your role will be to lead projects from initial consultation through to final execution. The day to day duties of this role will include:

Meeting clients and partners to discuss and identify their problems.
Pushing our design creativity – with brilliant ideas, fantastic design and craft skills, and smart strategic thinking.
Presenting work to clients and ensuring they understand why it’s right for them.
Working collaboratively with your colleagues and keep them motivated through the agony and ecstasy of creating extraordinary work.
Creating cohesive and beautiful decks for all stages of the design process.
Take ideas and make them into problem solution, design lead solutions.
Understand how to deliver a strategic experience communication across the full range of physical and digital media, and how to translate that delivery into style guidelines.

Curiosity is king. We want you to be independent and decisive, a problem seeker and a problem solver. Someone with a small ego who will get their hands dirty to collaborate with our team to produce ace design solutions.
