We are looking for a very senior person to come head up the creative Studio of a leading tech food brand. Its in-house at a busy London based creative studio and they need someone on board for a 9-12 month contract but this could be temp to perm if the fit is right. The creative studio is the brand guardian and drives business performance based on briefs from the marketing department, communications and PR and product teams.

You could come from a Creative background, or Creative Production or Account services. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of creatives, designers, copywriters, art directors and artworkers to deliver top of the class creative work for global markets across a full marketing mix.

Most important is that you can lead the creative studio as they grow, willing to get involved in the commercial aspects of the business, balancing creative needs with business objectives. You will also be responsible for developing the brand and maintaining consistency across various outputs. You will have a proven track record of brand experience and intimate knowledge of the creative process and expertise in developing a creative vision for a brand.

You must be confident, versatile and able to get involved with senior stakeholders to ensure the creative studio is maximised within the wider business. This brand is currently in a state of reinvention so we are looking for people who want to contribute to the overall shaping of the brand and team.

This is a 9-12 month contract but could go temp to perm.

Essential Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience, working with large global brands
• Willingness to learn and understand the commercial aspects of the business and work to balance creative needs with business objectives
• Strong people manager, with solid experience mentoring and coaching big teams, including roles within the creative studio, like concepting teams, designers, artworkers, etc.
• Ability to oversee the creative and production output and overall standard of creative
• Brand and visual design guardian for print and digital ATL and BTL projects, from concept to completion, having full overview of all the projects going on and provide final sign-off
• Open and collaborative partner mentality and attitude towards internal (marketing and business teams) stakeholders and external agencies
• Understanding of production processes for projects across platforms from video, web, mobile, experiential and social
