WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Project Manager at Hex Studio, you’ll be working with the entire team to manage projects and their associated clients from brief through to delivery. The day to day duties of this role will include:

Ensure that project requirements are clearly understood by all involved (both the client and the team)
Ensure the creative team has all they need to do their work (e.g., the right files, the creative brief, clear deadlines)
Keep on top of communication with clients on project processes and deadlines, gently remind the client if they delay in providing feedback
Prepare and manage project quotes, budgets and timelines. Report on the status of projects, helping provide structure, support and insight
Write project estimates/proposals and assist our design team in briefing jobs
Lead daily meetings with the team ensuring projects are on track
Short-term and long-term scheduling and resource planning
Set and communicate deadlines for crucial tasks, negotiating both with account managers about client needs and with creative staff about the time they need to do a thorough job
Remind the account manager, the client and creative staff of upcoming deadlines.
Managing and warning the clients and the internal team if a timeline looks like it’s going to slip
Juggle resources and deadlines and then adjust and communicate project schedules accordingly
Ensure quality by making sure proofreading and brand reviews are done in a timely fashion (and that enough time is allowed for these things to happen)
Ensure proper project close-out, including archiving of files so they can be easily accessed when needed in the future
