We are looking for a Graphic/Communication Designer to join our Brand Design Team at our Berlin Office. The Highsnobiety Brand Design Team always strives in producing work that is considered and speaks to our audience, clients and collaborators.

Highsnobiety is a multi-media, global entertainment brand that inspires young men to lead their most stylish and culturally relevant lives by covering news and trends in fashion, sneakers, music, art and entertainment. We currently employ over 150 people in our offices in Berlin, London, Los Angeles and New York and we create customized advertising solutions for some of the world’s most renowned brand advertisers.


adapt and expand the Highsnobiety Brand Visual Language across all our digital platforms.
develop concepts and graphic treatments for multiple brand initiatives, online editorial series (still and graphic video treatments), event and collaboration activations and apparel/merchandise for our commerce platform launching next year.


3-5 years of industry experience as communication/graphic designer with an expertise in the areas of print (paper and product), digital and social media content creation.
A proficient understanding and constant consideration of Highsnobiety visual language, audience and clients integrated into your daily tasks.
Strong interest and knowledge of fashion, music, design and most importantly street culture.
Strong typographic and typesetting skills.
Experience in production liaising, setting up files for production, specification preparation for print and digital.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of additional Adobe CC software is a bonus, but not essential).
Proficient in Keynote for presentation building along with Google Drive, Cal, Docs and Sheets.
Experience in working with CMS back-end Software (Knowledge of Wordpress is a bonus, but not essential).
Developing and adhering to brand design guideline and templates for company use.
Being open to constructive feedback.
Well accustomed to visually developing and translating brands.
An interest in leading and guiding projects across departments.
Fluent in English.
Located in Berlin is a must.
