The CRM Marketing Team forms part of the Engagement Marketing function in the Brand Experience (BX) department and is responsible for taking customer, campaign and channel insights and using them to devise a global strategy for engaging, converting and retaining customers via targeted messaging across all touchpoints.


Central to the ASOS strategy is to give customers the ‘confidence to be who they want to be’ and, as such, customer insight is at the heart of enabling that. This is used at a high level to drive key business decisions-making such as branding and new product development, as well as informing our day to day global marketing strategy.


Working as a Senior in the Creative Content vertical within the Partnerships Team. This includes managing a team of two and reporting into the Creative Content Lead, overseeing all pitches, creative concepts and campaign deliverables within Creates.

A true Senior Creative with copy as a core skill, who is able to research and develop ideas while leading a team.
A digital native and compulsive online content viewer / maker
A keen eye for detail, copy and design and a passion for branded content and compelling creative.
An ideas person – fresh thinking, innovative and ahead of the curve
Strong copy skills – you should be able to land killer messaging, inspiring decks and sparkling on and offsite copy
A track record of inventive and compelling creative work
An awareness and understanding of digital media and evolving online platforms
Curious about fashion, retail, music, art, beauty and all other aspects of culture that make our 20-something audience tick
Experience in a similar role
Along with supporting the ASOS brand in partnership endeavours, you will also support the Lead in acting as the team’s advocate within the Brand Experience team at ASOS, raising awareness of objectives and ensuring that brand partnerships compliment, where possible, the overall business goals.


We work at a fast pace, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and juggling a number of projects concurrently – so finding this environment exciting rather than challenging, with an ability to adapt to change, is a must.
