We’re offering an exciting opportunity to work with a growing team of creatives across a broad range of clients and projects from print to online and video. We’re looking for a designer with the talent and confidence to turn their hand to all parts of the creative process, with good communication skills and a can-do attitude. Good knowledge of the Adobe creative suite is a must and a growing interest in more digital programmes would be an advantage. A minimum of four years agency experience is required.

Reports To

To support the creative team by creating outstanding creative work and supporting the senior members in
bigger projects.

Job Overview
As middleweight designer you will participate in various design projects supporting the senior members of
the team, as well as working on solo projects, coming up with ideas to bring the client brief to life. You will
use the creative cloud suite to create design collateral for branding, websites and corporate material whilst
working on retained projects.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Play an active role in the creation of innovative and creative concepts
• Ensure the delivery of client projects within timescales and budget
• Supporting project management team through the design of marketing material and campaigns
• Supporting and assisting senior team members
• Managing a multitude of projects
• Attend client meetings

Deliverables Expected
• Get all work checked by senior designer / head of design to ensure brand consistency with existing
• Ensure the delivery of projects within timescales and budgets
• Keep up to date on design trends and developments

Qualifications and Expertise
• Educated to degree level in a design related subject or equivalent
• A good knowledge of Adobe design programmes
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Creative thought process
• Self confident manner
• Ability to work within time restraints and to deadlines
• Willingness to develop, expanding on existing design skills and learning new ones
• A keen interest in design

Training Provided
Training will be provided through the ‘University of Life’ training and development programme
