Hi there, we're Brainlabs, the best large digital marketing agency in Europe! (not to mention being voted Sunday Times' Top 100 Small Companies to work for, with a special award for wellbeing, but we don't like to brag). We're on the hunt for a remarkable UX/UI Designer, to join our team! You will be the dedicated Designer for multiple clients from various industries - lucky you. This is the perfect step for someone looking to enhance their career within a rapidly growing company.

Here’s a sneak preview of what you’ll be doing:

- Creating user-friendly designs that revolve around a specific goal
- Identifying customer needs, motivations and behaviours
- Drawing on a mix of experience and processes to improve digital experiences
- Transforming wireframes into pixel-perfect mockups, ready to handoff to development
- Independently gathering research that informs your work
- Translating a wide-range of data points into visual designs
- Working closely with a wider CRO team to continuously identify ways to optimise user-experience
- Working closely with the Marketing department to assist them with presentations when required

All sounds great right? So, here’s what we’re looking for:

- Proactive and autonomous
- You understand that design is about adding value to a specific set of user needs, not just shuffling around elements on a page
- You are open to feedback on your designs, knowing how and when to push back
- Previous experience creating and/or optimising mobile-first web pages
- Confident communication both verbally and visually
- Excellent grasp of a design tool of your choice, e.g Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign or Sketch

What you’ll get in return:

We’re famed for our world class company culture and are sure to cultivate an environment where everyone is excited to come into work. We reward our employees with an ever-growing list of benefits: free breakfast, free lunch, gym subsidies, free exercise classes, free eye tests, the Brainlabs Library, volunteering opportunities, frequent company and team socials, flexible working hours, external speakers and events … the list goes on! Check out our company handbook to see what else we have up our sleeve.

As well as our long list of perks, expect fast progression and autonomy from day one. Above all, Brainlabs offer professional and personal development opportunities that will help progress your career within the company. This is the ideal role for someone who is looking for responsibility and a role they can make their own.

In order to maintain our fantastic working environment, culture fit is key in selecting our newest recruits. It’s not only important to find someone who will rock the roles we have on offer, but in order to thrive at Brainlabs aligning with our values is hugely important. So if you’re positive, collaborative, love to learn and have a thing for processes, apply today!
