What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a meticulous Senior Artworker with a passion for producing high quality artwork within a fast paced environment. This autonomous role is production heavy with minimal to little design opportunities. You will enjoy a variety of briefs but equally relish adapting concepts to a large volume of assets. You will work closely with the studio manager to evolve artwork production processes and housekeeping as well as providing advice and guidance to junior members of the team.

You will be a proactive self starter not afraid to raise queries and discuss briefs with the studio manager, wider brand team members, external suppliers and regional markets.

You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of artworkers and a point of call for regional resources to ensure assets are consistent across all markets. Part of this role will be to create seasonal campaign assets, guidelines, toolkits and ensure brand rules are being met.


This is your day

  • Artworking of brand print and digital assets across projects
  • Be responsible for adapting, resizing, reworking artworks to specs across multiple deliverables
  • Flight check artwork, packaging final files and preparing print/digital ready files
  • Thoroughly check artwork and ensure files are print / digital readyResponsible for establishing rules and creating campaign guidelines, to be used by other territories
  • Comfortable working with translationsBe responsible to create and oversee artwork to final delivery
  • Liaise with external regional teams and suppliers on artwork creation and delivery
  • Responsible for sign off of final artwork across various projects
  • You will keep and maintain a polished and consistent aesthetic on all assets
  • Ensure all projects are executed within schedule and meet deadlines
  • Actively responsive to fluctuating business workloads and tight deadlines
  • Understand and contribute to the creative vision of the department
  • Be proactive with issues that may arise and offer solutions


What you’ll need

  • Experience of producing accurate artwork on a variety of projects across print and digital
  • Proven track record of being the last point of call for print and digital artwork delivery
  • Experience with print processes, different materials and proofing
  • Confident to troubleshoot issues across print and digital
  • Previous experience creating guidelines, toolkits and templates
  • Comfortable working with wider team members and strong communication skills
  • Happy to guide junior members of the team
  • Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite - knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro is an advantage
  • Understanding of PowerPoint & Keynote and Google Docs
  • Passionate about maintaining brand consistency
  • Motivated and have meticulous attention to detail and good housekeeping processes
  • Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
  • An excellent team player
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Previous retail experience desirable but not essential
