Designing and making some of the most exciting window displays, StudioXAG will make you stop and look. Established in 2009, we are a vibrant and creative team, made up of 25 full time 2D & 3D designers, project managers, production managers & a workshop team.


Based in Leyton, East London, we specialise in design and fabrication for retail environments. With projects ranging from show-stopping bespoke installations to concept shop-fits and global window roll-outs. Visual storytelling is at the heart of our work, with a strong ability to tailor our approach to the core brand values and aesthetics of our clients.


The Role:


We are looking for a part-time creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team in East London. This is an exciting new role, with a focus on further developing our presence on all social media platforms, promoting the StudioXAG brand through engaging content, whilst connecting with press and our audience. Our ideal candidate would be involved in contributing to our overall marketing strategy, suggesting ways in which we can elevate the content and enhance the effectiveness of our communications.


Responsibilities:


- Copywriting and image selection for all social media outputs
- Managing the scheduling and posting of all content
- Maintenance of the StudioXAG website, updating with new projects and job advertisements
- Community management and liaising with press contacts
- Manage submissions to awards, design publications and magazines
- Producing original content, including photographing ‘behind the scenes’ content and booking design resources
- Liaising with photographers and videographers to ensure content is produced to the highest quality and is delivered on-time
- Identifying trending topics and utilising to keep our content interesting and relevant
- Producing monthly and quarterly reports, including data analysis, to inform future strategy


Skills:


- Strong verbal and written communication skills, a natural creative copywriter with the ability to produce reams of copy in our tone-of-voice
- A minimum of one year’s experience working within social media and marketing management, preferably in a creative environment
- Expert on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc.
- A passion for storytelling across digital and social media channels, and an ability to tailor content for different audience types
- A good creative eye, you are comfortable curating a selection of images that are visually beautiful and on-brand
- An understanding of Google Analytics, and social media software such as HootSuite
- Confident working independently and contributing productively in a team
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) would be an added bonus


Salary: Dependant on experience
Contract: Part-time (2-3 days/week negotiable) with immediate start
