Evermore London is a young candle company offering natural hand-poured candles. The company’s ethos focuses on natural and toxin-free ingredients alongside sustainable and recyclable packaging, creating exquisite candles with a positive impact.


Based in Hackney’s Gossamer City Project, the studio is currently experiencing significant growth and looking to fill several new roles to support the Director across marketing and sales.


THE ROLE


The role is for an ambitious creative to develop and grow all marketing channels alongside support with wholesale accounts.


The role will focus on developing and managing the brands marketing and social media calendar, briefing and delivering content for all channels as well as liaising with brand partners and third party agencies.


We are looking for someone with ideas and a strong desire for success, who wants to be at the forefront of developing and delivering a creative communications strategy.


- Create and manage the marketing and social media calendar.
- To drive and implement a sales strategy to increase sales and open up new opportunities, in addition to strengthening relationships with existing customer base.
- To raise the profile of the brand in the marketplace, both UK and beyond.
- Communicating with our warehouse to manage stock flow.
- Assist company director with wholesale accounts, point of contact for warehouse ensuring all orders are fulfilled and implemented seamlessly.
- Sharing marketing assets with wholesale partners.
- Plan, co-ordinate and maximise sales launch and promotional activities for trade shows.
- Work with design team to create content for the website.
- Liaise with third parties – SEO, PPC, social ads agency
- Management of Admin Intern.
- Demonstrate a continued and full understanding of the brand; its position within the market sector, competitors, trends, pricing strategy etc.


SKILLS:


- At least 2 years+ experience working in a previous marketing role.
- Knowledge and experience working across all social platforms.
- An understanding of Google Analytics, PPC and media spend.
- A self-starter who is confident working independently.
- A good creative eye and a passion for story telling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
