We are currently looking for a full-time Creative Studio Intern to join our busy Shoreditch team for a 3 month paid internship. You should have a proven skill set in working in a fast-paced design or agency environment, and be confident working on multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves working closely with the entire team, from project managers to designers, assisting across a variety of live creative retail productions and internal tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


Below are some of the day-to-day tasks of which you will be responsible for:
• Sourcing relevant props / materials for live projects, often working from a sketch or a written brief
• Occasionally creating mood-boards using the Adobe suite along with creative annotation, as per direction from the in-house design team
• Managing email / newsletter campaigns using the Adobe suite – content and support provided by Creative Project Coordinator
• Compile presentations for proactive client approaches often using the Adobe suite – content and support provided by Business Director
• Provide research / insight creation support for quarterly mailers and branded decks using the Adobe suite
• Assistance across all SEEN DISPLAYS social media platforms – Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook as per direction from Creative Project Coordinator & Business Director
• Managing team expenditure – reconciling team-wide purchases against the relevant projects
• Organising courier and sample requests whilst managing the reconciliation of all bi-weekly courier invoices
• Occasional on-site assistance and support on installations and de-rigs
• Ad hoc administrative duties; such as distributing invoices and statements across the team
Studio support
You’ll be our go-to team member! Casting an eye over the studio needs and taking ownership of the business’s internal projects:
• Manage and coordinate team motivational trips to a budget
• Supplying the studio with a bi-weekly fruit run!
• Exercising your green fingers! Seeing to the studio plants for a water when you see fit
• Occasionally collating and researching for a weekly inspirational email


Key Skills:
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to assisting the studio team across a variety of tasks with different levels of responsibility
• Mac literate in Microsoft Office programs and proficient in the Adobe suite (In-Design and Photoshop)
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills when liaising externally and internally; ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person, over the phone and via email, demonstrating diplomacy and good negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to demonstrate an organised, efficient and proactive approach to all tasks
• Ability to multitask, and being able to prioritise sensibly and efficiently
• Solution focused with a positive outlook; ability to juggle a number of tasks simultaneously, resourceful, highly organised and a good team player
• Energetic, self-motivated, consistently proactive and showing initiative; able to manage their own time well
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough quality checks across all work
