Nemorin Film & Video is recruiting a Motion Graphics Designer to support the wider production team in our office (lovely St.Katharine Docks, London, E1).

We're looking for a fresh thinking, innovative, fast working and versatile motion graphics designer to work from a blank page through to final delivery.

This is a hands on, client facing on role too. You'll be part of the team that is taking briefs and preparing or presenting ideas back as well as designing and building the content.

The successful candidate will be expert in After Effect and ideally proficient in software such as C4D for 2D and 3D / 2.5D projects. The role spans a multitude of styles, formats and genres. From stylised motion graphics to character based projects, Gifs, titles, logo resolves and much more.

The Company:

Set up by The Telegraph's former head of commercial video, Nemorin Film & Video is a fun branded video production agency. We're the UK's branded video experts and on a mission to create branded video which is loved by people across the globe.

The Motion Designer will work closely with the Nemorin Producers across a very wide range of exciting projects for a diverse client base in the UK & globally.

It’s a fun and fast-working environment, so you will be required to work quickly and efficiently. The ability to be adaptable with a positive attitude, manage complex video file structures and work fluidly is vital.

We’ll want the Motion Designer to work closely with Directors and our clients from pitch / concept development through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

Working with the production team in the office to create innovative motion graphics content for online, events, broadcast and more.
Managing complex digital video workflows, implementing best practice to consistently deliver content to the highest possible quality.
Working with freelance motion designers to ensure high quality is maintained for every production and files are set up in a coherent way.
Working with our clients various stages (from hearing the brief first-hand, to understanding amends at rough cut)
Jumping into other projects to make amends and alterations where necessary.
Working alongside our in-house Senior Editor as and when there’s project crossover.
Updating reels and generating pitch videos. Creating fun content for our Insta and social channels, meetings, pitches etc.
Experimenting with new tech, software and techniques that our clients can benefit from.
A desire to be on our journey as we look to expand in the UK and globally.
Self starter who is proactive and creative.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, especially After Effect, but also Premiere and other relevant software such as C4D Photoshop and In-Design.
Other skill sets such as Stop Motion or filming is certainly a benefit.
Very clear understanding of what branded video content is and how to build brand stories.
Experienced and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Impeccable written and verbal communication.
Clear understanding of current online video and wider market trends.
