Senior Account Manager
Fast growth and continued success mean we are looking for a passionate and highly organised Senior Account Manager.
Working alongside our Associate Directors your role will be to nurture top-level client relationships and deliver design projects on time and within budget.
Depending on the project, you should expect to:
• Lead and develop account relationship, applying strategic and operational insights to ensure creative excellence and fiscal responsibility
• Work collaboratively with Associate Director/s to formulate and deliver internal project briefs, potentially across several clients concurrently
• Practice holistic thinking in regard to client and business responsibilities to ensure successful delivery on both sides
• Make effective strategic decisions on project and time investments
• Write clear, detailed and effective proposals and statements of work
• Present professionally to clients
• Apply professional/technical and process expertise to client issues
• Seek and respond to client feedback, resolving any issues quickly and effectively
• Respond to client enquiries, paperwork and planning requests in a timely manner, report on progress to clients when required
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost and other client specified parameters
• Ensure effective communication of financial matters and prompt invoicing on completion
• Maintain administrative duties associated with running clients and providing assistance to the creative team
• Report on team time and expenses accurately
• Report on personal time and expenses accurately
• Develop and cultivate new workstreams within account
• Secure new client engagements either autonomously or alongside an Associate Director
This role requires:
• 5+ years experience in a similar role and environment
• A solid understanding of the commercial design process
• Ambition to grow and learn on the job, taking on more responsibility
• Comfortable working independently on multiple projects, often with challenging deadlines (and constant interruptions!)
• Attention to detail, excellent written skills, multi tasking under pressure and a high level of computer literacy are essential
• Proven planning and time management skills
• Proven client/supplier liaison experience
• Proven experience of managing budgets and bringing in projects in on time and within budget
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and confident
Knowledge of:
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe Creative Suite
Desirable:
• Second language
