At The Full Service we’re looking for a new super hero - the Traffic Manager!

As someone with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role you’ll know that the Traffic Manager will be responsible for ensuring all creative resourcing is managed effectively and creative work going through The Full Service is scheduled and resourced effectively, and delivered on time. You will work collaboratively with Creative, and Production to ensure the teams have the right resource to deliver the best possible work.

About the Role

Key areas of responsibility:

Resource Management

• Work closely with the ECD, Creative Directors, Executive Producers, Producers and other project managers to ensure that all creative work going through the agency is scheduled and resourced effectively, making sure the right people are on the right projects at the right time.
• Work closely with all project managers to ensure weekly project status reports are completed on-time, to inform weekly resource allocation.
• Resource appropriate freelance requirements as and when required; liaising with the ECD and Production team.
• Running the weekly WIP meeting, providing reports on individual projects for discussion and flagging priorities and key deliverables at WIP
• Tracking daily progress of individual projects
• Capacity planning both long and short term, working with project managers and new business leads
• Implementation of resource tools
• Monitor heavy use of freelance resourcing and propose creation of perm roles / fixed term roles where appropriate


• Monitor work to ensure that internal and external resources are used effectively
• Maintain a commercial perspective on work at all times


• Facilitate communication between project teams, making the process of delivery great creative work happen by collaboration
• Hold weekly status meetings, to review priorities and key deliverables for the week, highlighting any potential issues and discussing feasible solutions
• Manage the weekly resource planning
• Book briefings and review meetings into diaries
• Keep teams abreast of absences, holidays and general gaps in resource

People Management

• Encourage teamwork and good communication
• As a senior member of the team, assist where possible with the coaching and development of more junior members of staff

About You

As our Traffic Manager you will need to:

• Demonstrate an existing knowledge of the agency’s client base and the brands that the agency works on
• Review the internal workings of the agency and the processes of implementation, and be able to recommend and roll out improvements to the way we work
• Have a good understanding across all media and deliverables of an integrated offering
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel


• You love working with teams to support the creation of big creative solutions
• You will be curious and adventurous and be determined to find the best solution
• You will be that mix of calm, diligent, confident and fun
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with all the teams
• You’ll have the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks without losing control and being resilient to normal everyday life of an agency
• You will have the ability to collaborate and arrive at solutions alone and as a team

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience
• A strong, varied background of experience that you can apply to the team
• You can work with grace under pressure
• You are a diplomat who is able to persuade others to work effectively as a team
• You’ll be proactive and inform management of account status, problems, plans and meetings
