We lead and coordinate work out of our Somerset House HQ in London and draw on a global network of talent to find the right skills for each job.


 


We are currently on the look out for a project manager to join our team as the business grows. We have lots of exciting projects on the horizon and need a strong pair of hands to work with our existing project manager to deliver amazing work on time and within budget. We are looking for someone with a ‘can do attitude’ who is incredibly organised, has excellent writing skills, and bags of common sense.


 


As a seasoned project manager you’ll have experience costing large projects, writing proposals, managing timelines + budgets and working alongside both creatives and strategists to deliver work for global brands and/or institutions.


 


Main responsibilities:


* Managing projects from proposals to delivery


* General management of studio workflow with existing Project Manager


* Supporting the design team in delivering all aspects of design and production.


* Generating proposals, managing time-plans and SOWs


* Project contact for clients and its suppliers


 


Key skills:


* Adept at problem-solving.


* Methodical and proactive approach to projects and their management.


* People management skills for all levels.


* Ability to write proposals and familiarity with the financial and legal obligations of projects such as project reporting, NDA’s


* Literate and numerate with strong administration skills.


* Understanding design and production process


* Good communication skills with internal team and clients.


* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
