We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated person to join our growing E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will display an intuitive understanding of the culture of Goodhood, be able to contribute ideas and fulfil the creative vision across multiple channels. The candidate will have a 360-degree approach to marketing and creative that leads to increased engagement, awareness and sales. The role will be responsible for leading the team of creatives within the e-commerce team to meet daily, weekly and long-term deliverables. This multi-faceted role requires an individual with exceptional design skills in typography, digital layout, print design, art direction and copywriting, whilst understanding the commercial objectives of the business and be able to answer them with disruptive and engaging ideas. The role requires cross-department communication, liaising and strategising with e-commerce managers, press/marketing managers and brand managers to ensure consistency in messaging whilst delivering increased sales and awareness.


Lead and manage the design team and ensure daily, weekly and long-term deliverables are met
Maintain and develop Goodhood’s visual assets across the e-commerce business and ensure visual consistency across Goodhood channels
Be able to work with the Creative Director and 3rd Parties to execute disruptive and market relevant ideas
Conceptualise designs for editorial content including fashion editorial spreads, interview features, and articles
Drive forward all visual concepts across digital channels, including Social, Newsletters, and Paid Advertising.
Collaborate with the technology team and user experience specialists to provide web and interaction designs for online projects and features


Previous management experience in a deadline-driven environment
Ambition to excel through creative approach
Fluid in ideas generation across all Goodhood channels
Depth of experience in design integration, typography and interactive interface design
Strong copywriting skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to meet deliverables
Mature appreciation of the balance between creativity and commerce
Comprehensive understanding of internet standards and interactivity
Creative thinker with a proven track record for disruptive idea execution


5 - 8 years experience in a digital agency or similar role
Worked within the Luxury Retail / Streetwear sector
Proven ability to manage teams of people
Worked in E-commerce Design / Art Direction
