• Being the linchpin for the entire process for live projects from brief to delivery;
• Converting opportunities into income generating projects with lasting client relationships;
• Provoke creative thinking, challenge us to be the best we can be in the pitching ring;
• Scheduling, resourcing and keeping the various internal and external stakeholders on track;
• Accountability for the opportunity budget (pitch and tender budgets), preparation and reconciliation;
• Driving creative excellence and pride in every presentation we pitch and every tender we submit;
• Driving relevant, affordable solutions for our clients calling on your deep-rooted 360 event production knowledge;
• Story telling; write compellingly, present authentically;
• Embedding content into our approach, ensuring we maximise reach and create as much impact as possible before, during and after the event
• Forge strong working relationships across the agency, working collaboratively and cohesively; engaging the right people from across the agency at the right times
• Prepare and schedule regular reviews post pitch, producing reports/wash-up notes and recommendations that can be shared with the Board and SLT;
• Apply your marketeer mind-set to your work and colleagues; spotting opportunities to tell great stories, framing great media moments and creating environments where every touch point tells a story.
• Timely reporting of time spent against each project.

• Dynamic, engaging and passion for live events and communications;
• A proven appetite for and capability to lead a pitch-winning team;
• Commercially-minded
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured briefs and presentations, across all levels of stakeholders/colleagues
• The ability to build good relationships and partnerships across the agency
• Ability to see and understand the bigger picture on a pitch, taking ownership and pride in your own individual work but also the collective goals and aims of the wider Growth Team and the agency as a whole
• A stickler for detail, following our operational, financial management and internal systems, policies and processes;
• The ability to make logical, well-balanced and reasoned decisions, both on your own and also as part of a collective working group or brainstorm scenario
• A willingness to working collaboratively with colleagues
• Experience within an agency environment preferred;
• Multi-channel understanding of industry landscape and championing both traditional high production values alongside more content and digital driven solutions;
• UK National or relevant permissions to work in the UK.
