We are looking for an experienced Account Manager for a client-facing role to work on one of our key accounts. Everyone in the agency is expected to have great relationships with our clients; and you would be working very closely with the key client (sat in house with them, for the majority of time). On larger events you will also work with the innovision Production, Technical, Logistics, Strategy, Creative and Digital teams.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in flawlessly delivering a large number of small toolkit logistics (event in a box), to medium sized corporate events and conferences, each month.


– Being the main point of contact day to day for multiple stakeholders, providing advice and guidance to help our clients achieve the – best possible outcomes and a great return on their investment
– Leading the clients on the journey from their objectives to their success underpinning this with a results-oriented approach
– Familiarity with KPI setting and reporting

– Traditional project management and project delivery – end to end, from pre-event research, light event logistics, to post event sales support through Salesforce (On time; on budget etc.)
– Create and manage own budgets, overseeing all other department figures, ensuring client approval of all spend, PO’s raised in a timely manner and sales invoices raised to client on time
– Scheduling and resourcing all elements including milestone setting, critical paths
– Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensuring that a client service culture is prevalent in everything we do
– Supplier management including relationship building, briefing and negotiation
– Onsite delivery, management of client, team, stakeholders and suppliers
– Financial reconciliation and post-event reporting
– Briefing the extended innovision team to deliver against client objectives
– Working closely with other Houses to add value, exceed client expectation and create a seamless customer journey, both pre- and onsite

– Create a seamless event journey, both pre- and onsite
– Ensure all event requirements are understood and communicated to allow forward planning and sensible procurement and delivery to the event critical path
– Ensure the event conforms to licensing, health and safety and other legislative controls
– Licensing and documentation with Local Authorities (if required)
– Key role in onsite delivery, management of team, stakeholders and suppliers
– Being flexible with working hours to service the clients within the region
– Open to travel, to be on site at the events, and to other client offices

– Business development within client teams – in an appropriate and respectful fashion
– Brand Ambassador, internally and externally
– Champion sustainability and quality in line with our IMS for our ISO:9001 2015 and ISO14001: 2015 accreditations
– Adhere to company processes and templates, demonstrate in line with our Quality Management System
– Present a professional image at all times, both in the office, onsite and at stakeholder meetings
