Summary of Role :

Reporting to the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, editing and re-touching all creative assets across our online and offline communication platforms, overseeing product image photo shoots and managing our image.
The ideal candidate will be able to interpret design briefs, execute engaging and vibrant graphics in line with brand guidelines and will be responsible for all Marketing, PR, Retail and Wholesale collateral and marketing materials - including print.
The ideal candidate will also oversee all product and model photography shoots in and out of house, and will be responsible for all asset management as well as working with the Creative Director and freelance photographers.
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team is a key requirement in addition to a keen eye for detail, excellent problem solving skills and working well under pressure.

Key Accountabilities:

o Booking, managing, formatting and retouching all product, model and editorial assets
o Development and management of website, email and social asset planning
o Creation of all assets for tattydevine.com, CRM (email) and all Social platforms
o Management of product imagery within product and other website pages
o Video, still life and GIF creation for email and social functions
o Management of Brand Guidelines and Style Guides
o Managing photography shoots
o Managing all digital marketing collateral
o Carefully interpreting design briefs and supporting senior management

Experience required:

o Excellent knowledge and practical proficiency of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FireWorks etc)
o Minimum 1 years’ experience in a commercial ecommerce / retail environment
o Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
o  Understanding of website management systems and CRM platforms; experience with Shopify and Dotmailer a plus

Salary - £21,500-£22,500 dependent on experience
