YOUR PURPOSE:
Responsible for supporting the business in creating award-winning, profitable, efficient and effective work, that is created in partnership with young people and other specialist creative talent that supports Livity to create authentic youth culture, and in turn has a higher impact on our mission.

Key areas of accountability:
What will you be accountable for day to day in your role?

Create compelling, high quality concept and brand asset visuals for pitches and projects
Working closely with account management teams to ensure response is to brief and to deadline
Designing across branding, campaign collateral, artwork and editorial/page layout
Designing pitch concept visuals through to complete brand toolkits via press ads, digital assets, site look and feel, flyers, event branding etc
Amending designs to deadline
Work closely with Creative Partnerships Manager if there is a need to commission artworkers, illustrators, graphic artists, animators etc, to deliver high quality work on time, on brief and on budget
Work closely with young people to co-design
Solicit and implement feedback, teach skills, mentor
Work closely with account management team to ensure design and art direction is being delivered within agreed budget
Continually demonstrating awareness of target audience
Staying up to date with industry developments, innovations, and competitors and sharing with the team
