Are you a super-talented, creative-thinking Art Director? Then you could be exactly the kind of person we’re looking for.


We need someone who can spin more than one plate at a time: who’s able to come up with killer digital ideas, deliver beautifully crafted creative work as well as being a good hands-on designer.


We’re a fast-growing, medium-sized digital agency based in Farringdon, and we’re on the hunt for someone enthusiastic and ideas-driven to work for Supercell, one of the world’s best mobile gaming studios. You’ll have 3-4 years of experience, a good knowledge of social platforms and a passion for games.


Our client is always open to new ideas, so it’s important that we find someone flexible, who can switch between styles seamlessly. You will show us your creativity on everything from static social posts to videos, using illustration and photography, 3D, image libraries and stock, or bespoke film.


You’ll need to have a strong visual background and experience with content creation is a must – the majority of the work you’ll be involved in will be content related. Previous experience in the games industry is a big advantage, especially in the marketing department.


You’ll be thoughtful, with a great knowledge of what is achievable on existing and emerging digital formats and platforms. You’ll be required to concept, storyboard and oversee multiple projects and to be hands-on in some of the key ones.

We are 55 people strong, and work with the likes of Supercell, the biggest mobile gaming company in the world; the Centrica group of companies; Camelot, who run The National Lottery; fashion house Mulberry; and entertainment leaders, Warner Bros, Sega and Nintento.

Key Requirements:


Art Direction - You’re definitely up to date with the latest design trends, both on and off the web. You can execute a variety of styles. You have a deep understanding of everything digital plus the ability to learn fast – because we are primarily digital! You understand 3D and 2D illustration styles. You have a passion for games and the entertainment industry. You have experience directing graphic designers, illustrators and animators, as well as collaborating with creatives.


Creativity - You’re bold and original. You’re constantly asking questions and pushing digital boundaries. Innovative creative solutions come naturally to you and you can articulate your ideas with the rest of the creative team. You never shy away from a storyboard and you can turn out a handy scamp when necessary.


Design - You need to be able to collaborate with our design and motion teams to help realise your vision for a project. You will sometimes be required to be hands on, so keen attention to layout, typography, grids and pixels is a must. Any experience as an illustrator, animator or 3D artist is advantageous.


Experience - 3+ years agency experience. Games industry experience welcome.
