We are looking for two Account Manager to maintain long-term and trusting relationships with our clients. You will liaise with cross-functional internal and external teams to maintain and oversee a portfolio of assigned client relationships, to grow and nurture them, and to cross and upsell.


Aside from possessing great communication and conflict resolution skills, you must ensure that excellent channels of communication exist between the client and the Within International teams so that deadlines and budgets are not exceeded.

Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team deadlines.

This position may require occasional travel.

Responsibilities


— Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
— Collect, analyse and understand data
— Preparing briefs and client industry research
— Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions
— Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting advisor-client relationships
— Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
— Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives
— Have a focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
— Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal team
— Collaborate with the operations team to identify and grow opportunities
— Develop new business with existing clients and/ or identify areas for improvement
— Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. Account report status, quarterly reports, and annual forecasts)
— Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements


— Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
— Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
— Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
— Experience delivering creative client-focused solutions to client needs
— Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
— Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
— Strong verbal and written communication skills
— An understanding of the design industry would be beneficial to the role.
