The Details
Hearst Made is the content marketing agency division within Hearst. Its mission is to provide off platform content for brands that sit outside the Hearst portfolio of titles. Covering all forms of content it works with brands to provide an ongoing conversation with their consumers leveraging the Hearst content expertise.

The role:
Work on the Asda client account to deliver projects including branded content and shoot production across multi-platforms in print and digital.


• Working with the account management and creative teams to deliver all aspects of shoot production and project management for stills and video across print, digital and social, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard by coordinating the relevant stakeholders in order to meet client goals

• Budget management producing cost estimates for approval prior to completion of work and adhering to agreed budgets.

• Organising shoots alongside internal stakeholder and compiling production packs and presentations for account management & client

• Negotiating and commissioning shoot crew (photographers, models and other contributors)

• Work closely with respective team members to ensure full visibility and transparency of all live work and upcoming deadlines

• Ensure all invoices are processed quickly and efficiently to be with Finance and Payroll on time each month, coding these correctly and ensuring rates are adhered to

• Attend wash-up meetings to establish; what worked well, what didn’t work, how to improve for next time

• Working collaboratively with suppliers and partner agencies in the delivery of projects

• Troubleshooting issues with team and client to ensure smooth delivery of projects at all times.

You will be a mid to heavyweight shoot producer / project manager with experience in print and digital production in a lifestyle (predominantly food) content related environment. You will be process driven, supremely organised and have the communication skills to build solid and long-lasting relationships. Retail preferable but not essential. You will have strong client service, work well in a team and be able to manage budgets and meet deadlines.
