MKTG is seeking an experienced Midweight (or Senior) Designer to support our global team, based in Shoreditch. This person will have a real passion and flare for music, and a love of tech and innovation. This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional designer to work on some of the world’s leading music and tech brands. The candidate we're looking for will have an agency background.

They will have varied design experience showing they can adapt a design or concept across a variety of channels. They will be a hands-on designer – willing to get stuck in and can turn their hand to multiple types of design. They will be a driven idea generator, with exceptional attention to detail. They will have excellent time management skills, and be able to prioritize and achieve commitments efficiently.

· Hands-on design work, across a variety of channels, 2d design, Photoshop, Illustrator
· Design across experiential, digital, print executions. This could include online content, deck templates, event concepts, event branding, signage, large format graphics (ie event production assets)
· Be responsible for ensuring the creative excellence and quality assurance on design work delivered
· Reporting into the Creative Director in Chicago, be the central point of contact for design in the London office
· Looking over / approving team documents (reports / presentations) as necessary
· Drive efficiency and excellence at all times. Organise and prioritise briefs as required


· First class design skills: concepts, typography, layout, colour, understanding of setup for print
· Highly adaptable, able to work across a varied set of briefs coming into the agency
· A solid understanding of brand communications and customer experience touch points. Ability to be on brand
· Creative thinker who can translate strategic and marketing needs into beautiful brand work
· Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
· SketchUp skills would be ideal, but not mandatory
· Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize and achieve commitments
