Media & Entertainment group looking for VOD Content Delivery Manager

Full Time | Salary: £35,000 pa. | Immediate Start | Central London | Reporting to Head of Content Partnerships

The Client?
They are a team of entertainment and technology experts with an ambition to redefine the kids entertainment industry in this new digital age.
Owning digital IP with views in the billions, they know where kids are and what they like. This gives them the power to create content that is relevant to kids and available in the way that they want it.

The Role:
They are looking for candidates to join their growing VOD Content Distribution team. Specialised in digital distribution, the Distribution Team deliver across multiple digital outlets - from YouTube to Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, Spotify, Roku TV, Sky TV and many more.

Main responsibilities:
● Managing a materials library, following existing and creating new processes / naming conventions
● Ongoing management of existing content libraries, media on-boarding and delivery procedures
● Continuously audit workflows and develop content management infrastructure
● Planning, implementing and deployment of a content delivery framework to support business requirements
● Working with Commercial team to review delivery requirements of content licensing deals
● Working with the CTO and Production team to ensure systems are suitable
● General company support and assisting other teams with projects from time to time
● Assisting with monthly performance reports/analytics

Key qualifications required:

● Bachelor degree in Media Studies or similar
● 2-4 years experience in delivering content to OTT platforms, including comprehensive understanding of video delivery specifications.
● Strong written and oral communication with internal stakeholders and key clients
● Ability to manage delivery timelines
● Proficiency using Photoshop
● Proficiency in video editing using Premiere and/or Final Cut
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks, and an interest in taking on real responsibility within a rapidly growing and dynamic start-up
