This VOD Media company is looking for a really talented and ambitious ad ops specialist. The company is looking for someone currently planning and buying YouTube, perhaps someone who has been at an agency for 2/3 years on the activation side, building and optimising campaigns.

Ideally someone who can manage advertising operations and advertising technology across EMEA, which includes processes and frameworks, togtehr with the following:

- To assist in the commercial packaging and Go To Market offering along with the Head of Digital Sales.
- Ability to work cross-platform campaigns using DFP, MoPub and AdWords Video etc.
- Able to look after the advertising technology for EMEA across websites, mobile apps and native ad formats.
- Plug in to all aspects of commercial packaging, traffic management, including implementation, testing, deployment, delivery, and optimisation of campaigns from clients and ad networks.

A flare for, and interest in - getting involved with product management with the technology team and assisting with roadmaps for profitability, operational efficiency and margin as well as closely with sales teams to increase revenue would be ideal but not a prerequisite.
