We are looking for people who would be interested in being part of our database of flexible creative workers. This could be fixed term employment, sub-contracting, full time or part time with a possibility of a permanent position.

About you

You will use your design mind set and tools to solve our clients’ communication, service, product or strategy challenges. You’ll be excited by creating decidedly human digital artefacts that work across multiple scenarios, channels, devices, browsers and platforms. You’ll be able to see the bigger picture as well as the fine detail and be able to make digital prototypes as well as sketch on paper. You’ll understand the way that people think and digital works and how to design in an agile environment. You’ll want to help our clients transform their services, whether they are governments, healthcare, justice, finance, media, insurance or consumer brands.

We embed design into all of our projects using visual design techniques and tools to co create solutions and strategies appropriate to a particular client or project.

We are looking for people who have some or all of the following skills:

• Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair;
• A design related degree, or relevant industry experience;
• Experience of using visual design narrative development;
• Excellent communication skills to be able to explain ideas in a way that other people understand;
• Communication Design and Visual Mapping
• Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time;
• Being open to constructive criticism of your work;
• Understanding in accessible, secure, responsive user interfaces;
• Know how to remove complexity;
• Explain design decisions;
• Engage and share the design process with the whole multidisciplinary team;
• Openness to working with unconventional design approaches – using design to facilitate innovative thinking.
• Ability to carry out User Research, Analysis, and User testing;
• Know how to interpret user research; and
• Have insight into emerging digital technologies and behavioural sciences.
