Company Introduction
We are a young, dynamic, multi-discipline creative consultancy working with restaurant, bar and hotel companies of all shapes and sizes across strategy, concept development, branding, product design and guest experience development. We started in 2015, with a mission to ‘create unforgettable restaurant and bar experiences’ and since our inception, we’ve worked with some fabulous clients on over 30 projects in three continents. We cherish passion and creativity, and place great emphasis on collaboration whilst allowing everyone we engage with a high degree of autonomy over their work.

The Role
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious soul to join our small team and lead on the creative development of our concepts, brands and products whilst taking a leading role in the evolution and development of our own brand including ownership of all collateral, portfolios and digital channels with a key focus on our website.

As the firm grows, this role has the potential to develop into an art direction or creative director position and therefore, we’re looking for someone with entrepreneurial flair as well as unbound creative talent.

What you’ll be getting up to
The key elements of this role are -
1. Working on creative pitches for a wide variety of clients
2. Involvement in projects at planning stage and then taking the creative lead throughout the development of our restaurant and bar concepts and brands
3. Leading client facing creative workshops, and the creation and presentation of all project collateral
4. Leading relationships with our freelancers and collaborators, whilst identifying new creatives to work with on a project-by-project basis
5. Contributing to the overall strategic development of the brand and leading on the development of our website and all collateral
6. As we’re a small, growing business, there will be a need to get involved in other areas of the business as is required

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will need to -
1. be confident, engaging and well presented
2. demonstrate completion of a number of hospitality projects and particularly, the creation of successful, engaging restaurant and bar brands either as a freelancer or as part of an agency
3. have a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to design cohesive graphic identities across digital and print
4. be able to demonstrate a consistent tone of voice
5. have a keen interest in hotel, bar and restaurant consumer and design trends, and be able to confidently and accurately articulate these
6. be able to engage with board level directors of international companies, first-time industry newbies and everyone in between
7. keep up with relevant current and emerging trends
8. be experienced in managing a number of projects simultaneously, often with a number of different collaborators and freelancers
9. be driven by process, organised, and be able to meet deadlines no matter what
10. know their limits and when to ask for help
11. be able to use the internet to get the information they need to reach the right kind of potential clients, utilising different resources where appropriate
12. understand what great photography looks like Output

The ultimate deliverables for this role are -
1. to continue to develop the firms' brand to reach and engage the right audience
2. to lead on creating concepts, brands and graphic identities for our clients
