Human After All are looking for a new human — a brilliant Creative Director to join our multidisciplinary London agency. This is our most senior ‘hands on’ creative role at HAA, one that demands the highest level of leadership and creative excellence — spanning strategic approach to design craft.


What the role will look like:
• You’ll be responsible for leading the creative in HAA teams on medium sized and large projects, providing inspiring creative leadership across our global client roster, with an accent on purposeful branding.
• You’ll work closely with our producers, creatives and developers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards from start to end.
• You’ll play a core role in further developing our HAA branding process, from discovery, through strategy and design, to compelling brand engagement.
• Your own design work will set an extremely high bar and act as an example of both strategic thinking and design excellence.
• You’ll be an inspiring team lead with the interpersonal skills to help coach the team and raise their creative skills.
• You’ll be expected to inspire complete confidence in clients — you’ll need to see the bigger strategic picture, fully understand clients’ worlds, and be utterly persuasive and assertive with them.

Your experience and knowledge
• You’ll have at least 8+ years of industry experience, ideally, working within a leading branding agency or acting as a lead person on branding projects.
• You’ll be brilliant creative and strategic thinker who recognises how creativity can solve business problems.
• You’ll have excellent organisational and presentational skills.
• You’ll have an appetite for diverse assignments and client challenges across branding and digital projects.
• You’ll be an agile player who is resourceful and can keep up with dynamic and fast-moving engagements.
• You’ll have proven leadership skills and can provide insight, encouragement, and constructive direction to a varied team of designers, writers and producers.
• You’re mature and perceptive — able to ‘read’ a room and evaluate complex meetings.
• You’ll have a inspiring portfolio including world class brand work.
