About us: Simplicity Partners is a dynamic digital agency based in Green Park, London. We deliver great work across social media and digital marketing for our clients in retail, fashion, publishing and travel.


We are looking for an individual that has a passion for all things digital, to work across a varied portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for development, and growth of your clients, as well as managing the delivery of digital projects from websites, social media, to SEO and content marketing. It is important that you are experienced, organised and used to working in a fast paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital projects from end to end
- First point of contact for your assigned clients
- Create project documentation - briefs, proposals, and contact reports etc
- Build strong relationships across client accounts
- Evidence of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Energy & Positive Approach - an infectious 'Can Do’ attitude
- Working with creative and development teams


The role


Account Management
- Client facing - both face to face, and conference calls
- Demonstrates very strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - written, verbal & listening with strong presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, managing multiple, multi-phase projects at various stages
- End to end campaign management experience
- Proactive mindset
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project briefs, proposals, timing plans, status reports, and contact reports
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
- Online research experience and excellent presentation skills
- Project manage campaigns to time and to budget
- Effectively report back to client on campaign and programme effectiveness
-Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management and delivery of programmes
- Ability to drive through multiple projects


Digital Knowledge
- Must have a passion for all things digital
- Experience with Social Media management, measurement, and listening tools
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and social marketing
- Able to deliver a social media strategy to ensure growth of engagement and communities
- Demonstrated experience delivering a social media report
- Understanding SEO & PPC best practice (on and off page) and SEO content delivery
- Provide input into content development and generate ideas to drive engagement
- Experience of SEO reporting and tools, including Google Analytics
- Experience of managing a website project - end to end
- Email Marketing knowledge
