We’re in search of an accomplished Project Manager to join the team and assist with studio project management and client handling.


What You'll Be Doing


As the Project Manager you’ll be in charge of the delivery of a range of projects from branding, website builds, print publications and the occasional video. This will include budgeting, managing timescales, and then overseeing teams on a project by project basis. You'll have a studio of copywriters and designers behind you, freeing you up to be more strategic and highly client facing.

You will need to be a problem solver with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, energetic and curious.


As a seasoned Project Manager, you will already have proven experience project planning, working with and supporting creatives and copywriters, and managing suppliers. Additionally, you will have had experience working on multiple deliveries for global brands.


As one of the ‘faces’ of the agency, you will demonstrate sensitivity towards client engagement.


You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a design agency environment


Main responsibilities:


Managing projects from proposals to delivery
General management of studio workflow
Supporting the design and content team in delivering all aspects of design, editorial and production.
Generating proposals, managing time-plans and SOWs
Project contact for clients and its suppliers
Completing tender / pitch applications
Manage design team in the absence of Directors


Key skills:


Familiar with all aspects of print and digital design - knowledge of social media would be advantageous.
Adept at problem-solving.
Methodical and proactive approach to projects and their management.
People management skills for all levels.
Ability to write proposals and familiarity with the financial and legal obligations of projects such as project reporting, NDA’s
Literate and numerate with strong administration skills.
Understanding design and production process and knowledge of different types of production and materials.
Good communication skills with internal team and clients.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
