About the role:

We’re looking for a junior to mid-weight designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a passion for music and culture and be full of creative ideas. The role requires someone who has great typography and layout skills, with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be working across our brands creating and maintaining a fast-paced work flow. This is a varied, creative position, and would suit an all-rounder who’s keen to learn and grow.

You’ll need to be passionate about music, music events and festivals!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

Working across our festivals and events you’ll get involved in everything that comes with an event brand. This will include (but not limited to) online assets, promotional campaigns, mailers and animated gifs. You will also be involved in coming up with logos for mini brands within the event.

Essential for the role:

• BA in Art, Design or equivalent on the job experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fluid environment under tight deadlines
• Ability to take, create, lead and follow design directives
• Extensive knowledge of the CS suite (Creative Cloud), Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a must
• Strong typographic skills, typesetting abilities, sensitivity to images and attention to detail
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and develop a brand
• Sharp visual knowledge and an appetite for experimentation
• Great organisational and time management skills
• Ability to produce print ready artwork
• Flexible, highly driven, self-motivated and punctual
• Commitment to working well as part of a team
• Solid experience working as a professional graphic designer (experience of working on events or festivals would be beneficial)

Beneficial for the role:

• Proficiency in other software, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, 3D Software
• Interests in Music Festivals and Travel
• Abilities in photography, film and 3D
