We are after a knowledgeable and well-organised project manager to join our team in East London!

A bit about us:
Established in 2009 by Xavier & Gemma, we specialise in design and fabrication for retail environments. With projects ranging from show-stopping bespoke installations to concept shop-fits and global window roll-outs. Visual storytelling is at the heart of our work, with a strong ability to tailor our approach to the core brand values and aesthetics of our clients. Based in Leyton, the team today is made up of 26 full-time 2D & 3D designers, project managers, production managers & our workshop team.

The role:
Our suitable candidate would be joining a medium-sized team in a challenging, exciting and creative environment. We are looking for someone with experience working within a creative production studio, ideally within a retail design and build. The candidate would be the client's key contact from initial brief through to installation and your role will be to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities would include:
- Managing budgets and finances for multiple projects at one time
- Liaising with internal production teams and outsourced suppliers
- Ensuring schemes are produced and delivered on time
- Creating coherent and thorough project timelines and schedules
- Exhaustive and detailed costing, adhering to agreed budgets
- Consistent quality control of the output from both in-house and outsourced suppliers

Our ideal project manager must have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a retail design/production studio
- An ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- An understanding of how to build and manage complex budgets
- Organised and methodical with high attention to detail and time management skills
- An understanding of manufacturing techniques and materials, with technical knowledge of how things are made

The candidate would be working with our design and production teams, and external producers to ensure every stage of the project is well communicated and is running smoothly.

Salary: Dependant on experience
Contract: full-time position with an immediate start
