This role is ideal for someone who likes to keep spinning plates aloft, flex multiple skills (that some might refer to as jack-of-all-trades) and can do it all with calm poise.

o Managing the partnerships we have planned to support the magazine
o Making sure all artwork requests are met
o Working with our Designer and Editor to deliver assets on time and on spec.
o Working with our client to keep them updated and reassured that it is progressing well
• Account Handling our retained client and fulfilling their fast-turn around creative requests
• Running packaging production for our wider client list
• Helping to grow the Umbrella community – getting to know our network intimately – co-managing our database, putting on events, helping on social media and PR
• Supporting the wider Umbrella Studio with ad-hoc creative production

Experience & Skills:
• 3+ years experience in creative production
• Experience with print-production
• Familiarity with Creative Suite a bonus (especially InDesign)
• Great organisational skills
• Confident checking large volumes of print based artwork
• Tidy file management workflows
• Able to work to tight deadlines and communicate process throughout a project
