This highly creative 360 media studio specialising in Fashion and Music in Central London are looking for a Midweight/Senior Social Media Manager / Strategist to join their ever growing team.

The agency have produced leading campaigns for clients such as Nike, Converse and Levi's

Additionally they run a highly successful media company and have been a pioneer in the London Creative Community.

The agency work across both the Fashion and Music industry.

The correct candidate must have:

A deep knowledge of Gen Z / Millenial demographic and their interests, particularly in fashion & music.

A deep understanding of all social media platforms and the intricacies behind optimising their use.

A strong curatorial eye based on current and future trends within youth culture that can be implemented
for the curation of social media outlets.

Minimum of 1 year’s experience social media management for a brand or organisation in a similar
sector (will consider applicants without minimum experience if they can demonstrate strong cross
social platform knowledge without formal experience).

Roles and responsibilities:
Build and maintain digital communities for agency across key social media networks:

• Instagram • Facebook • Twitter
• Youtube • Spotify

Curate content found across social media and post relevant and compelling content to our social media

Help with overhaul of social communication language and tone.

Development and maintenance of our social media calendar, providing plans for current and future content,
dates for relevant cultural events and additional significant information.

Communicate with team members to produce and publish time-sensitive content in a prioritised manner.

Monitor industry trends and conversations, and stay on top of latest social media innovations.

Monitor various social media networks for breaking news and viral content which can be shared with the
editorial team, and used on key social networks as evergreen content.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of key social networks and algorithms which inform our success on
these networks through weekly reports and daily analysis.

Identify and adapt to updates in audience behaviour and social media algorithms to enhance performance.
Implement updates in social media strategy, and work with in-house photographers, videographers and
graphic designers to create original content.

Collaborate with the content team to amplify the performance of editorial features on key social
media platforms.
