Instead we work directly with designers and manufacturers, so we can offer high-end furniture at great prices.

Since our inception in 2010, we have successfully expanded from the UK across Europe, into France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Spain, picking up numerous awards for our products, design and technology along the way. Headquartered in London, we also have offices in Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam, together with warehouses and showrooms in the UK and Europe, and we plan to grow further.

What you'll be doing

Management of day-to-day studio schedule
so that work is allocated and timings are met
Act as the ‘gatekeeper’ and assess each brief to ensure information is clear or obtain further details before briefing design and artworking
Work closely with our European markets to forward plan and assess resource requirements
Manage weekly BAU asset creation across
all markets: Website, email and paid online
Work with our Campaign Producer to create
campaign assets for all markets: OOH,
online, social media, POS and print
Manage all copy transcreations via our
content project manager
Assess problems and consistently
communicate status to stakeholders within our UK and European markets
Lead and forward plan kickoff and review
meetings, obtain approvals and ensure notes, actions and next steps are clear
Set up all projects, tasks and due dates
in our online project management software
Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems and proactively recognise cross-functional bottlenecks, challenges and workflow constraints and provide solution
Make the role your own by evolving current systems and processes

What you'll need

Proven experience managing a busy graphic
design and artworking studio
Working knowledge of both digital, print
and video process, associated terms and file types
Fluent in static,
digital and video formats while understanding the fundamentals of assets
management: OOH, online, social media, POS and print
Experience using project management
software (Ideally Asana)
Strong ability to work with various
stakeholders in a collaborative manner
Experience working with geographically
dispersed teams (Ideally)
Take an active role in supporting people
to deliver outstanding work
Drive and enthusiasm with an excellent
eye for detail
A love of workflows, forward planning and
Be comfortable prioritising work and
managing multiple jobs at a time
Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced
fluid environment and work effectively under pressure
Be an articulate and persuasive
