We’re looking for a solutions-oriented, “people person” to be the first port of call for our customer services at Not-Another-Bill. You should be motivated, and take initiative when problem solving with a keen desire to learn about all the operational aspects of the business- to provide quality service for our customers.


The successful candidate will work closely with our creative studio; and having an interest in design and branding would be a plus.


You will be the initial point of contact for customer facing calls, emails and queries and should be able to adopt a friendly, professional manner at all times.


Whilst experience in a similar role is not essential, it would be desirable.


Responsibilities:
- Customer facing call and email handling
- Operational assistance
- Case handling and resolution
- General studio and operational assistance
